You will prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, keep records of project meetings, decisions, and deliverables, and track project tasks and deadlines to ensure that all milestones are met. Identifying and escalating potential risks or issues that may affect project timelines or outcomes will be part of your responsibility. You will work with the project manager to develop mitigation plans for risks or issues that arise and ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Acting as a liaison between clients and project teams, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met, and supporting client meetings and presentations as needed are also key aspects of this role. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in a service-based environment. - Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus. - Experience in a service-based industry such as IT services, consulting, or customer service.
