About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves handling onboarding, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support—ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Upskilling – Plan workshops and upskilling tracks based on skill gaps; coordinate trainers and track completion.
- Career Pathing & Mentorship – Build career frameworks and run internal mentorship programs.
- Employee Engagement – Organize birthdays, anniversaries, recognition programs, and team activities.
- Culture & Retention – Drive culture rituals, feedback loops, and retention-focused initiatives.
- Surveys & Insights – Run pulse surveys, analyze results, and share improvement reports.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Learning & Development and/or Employee Engagement.
- Strong facilitation and event-planning skills.
- Experience in designing training content and managing employee programs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express) for engagement materials.
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments or personality profiling tools.
- Certification in L&D, facilitation, or employee engagement programs.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboard creation.
- Ability to manage virtual engagement activities and webinars.
- Experience in automating HR workflows or process improvement initiatives
