Position Overview:

Axestrack is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in a range of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in the HR field including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech-driven company

with exposure to modern HR practices..


Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.

• Onboarding Coordination: Help in preparing onboarding documents, coordinating induction sessions, and ensuring a smooth joining experience.

• Employee Engagement: Support planning and execution of internal engagement initiatives, events, and HR communication.

• HR Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee files, attendance, and leave data.

• Database Management: Update and manage HR databases and HRMS entries with employee information.

• Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining HR compliance documentation.


Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
