Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship will provide exposure to real-world HR operations and the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain HR documents and update internal databases
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
Support payroll and attendance management as needed
