Job Title: HR - Intern

Location: Sundarapuram, Coimbatore

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR - Intern to join our team and assist in various human resources functions. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, Accounts, Finance and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing jobs for candidates who have (or) going to complete the course
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Conduct Mock Interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Coordinate students in Resume building and help them prepare for Interviews
• Help with HR related reports and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in an educational environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
