Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

Sales target achievement (monthly/quarterly/annually)
Team performance and turnover rate
Sales cycle time
Customer satisfaction and feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
