The Ultrasonography Department provides diagnostic imaging services across multiple specialties using state-of-the-art equipment and advanced imaging protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals across territory (Ghatkopar/Chembur/Kurla/ Bhandup/Mulund)

Conduct regular field visits to doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners to promote hospital services and specialties.

Explain hospital clinical strengths, infrastructure, doctors profiles, and treatment outcomes to referral partners.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient appointments, admissions, and feedback for referred cases.

Track and maintain referral data, conversion rates, and monthly performance reports.

Address concerns or queries of referring doctors to enhance trust and long-term association.

Organize CME programs, doctor meets, health talks, and networking events to strengthen professional relationships.

Ensure ethical marketing practices as per hospital policy and applicable healthcare regulations.

Collect market intelligence on competitor hospitals, pricing trends, and new services in the Mumbai healthcare market.

Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to improve referral experience and patient satisfaction.

Work in outreach location for setting up outreach opd in distant location and ensure smooth operation towards it.

Work extensively towards existing OPD setup in Mangal Anand Hospital at chembur, to ensure smooth functioning of all OPDs at Mangal Anand Hospital

Required Qualifications:
