Job Summary

Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute on-ground B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Visit and build relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and OEM clients across assigned regions.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent lead generation and conversions.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote company offerings.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with production and operations teams for timely delivery and project completion.
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Maintain accurate client data, reports, and forecasts using CRM or Excel tools.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Key Skills G Requirements

Minimum 5 years of
field-based B2B sales experience
in doors manufacturing, real estate, or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving targets and managing client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel frequently within assigned regions (Mumbai, Pune, Navi Mumbai).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
