Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all dispatch operations for timely deliveries across Maharashtra.
• Supervise loading, packaging, and shipment of finished goods.
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for dispatch scheduling.
• Ensure proper documentation for every shipment (invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, etc.).
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or transport issues promptly.
• Maintain dispatch logs, records, and MIS reports. Monitor and optimize dispatch costs while ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during handling and transportation.
• Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align dispatch priorities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics management.
• Strong understanding of delivery coordination across Maharashtra.
• Industry background in doors manufacturing, real estate, or product manufacturing is preferred.
• Good command over dispatch documentation and record-keeping. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and tracking.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with transport networks and local regulations is a plus.
