Conduct regular performance reviews (PRP) and appraisals using our Performance Management System (PMS). Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes to support business objectives. Collaborate with line managers to resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities Conduct gold loan audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Verify customer documents, including KYC verification, for loan processing purposes. Perform audit compliance checks on various aspects of the business, identifying areas for improvement. Analyze data and provide insights to management on trends and risks associated with gold loans. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to document verification and loan processing. Candidate should preferably be male, as extensive travelling is required
Sales and Business Development: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold loans. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Manage a team of Branch Managers, or other relevant personnel. Provide training, coaching, and support to the team. Identify areas for improvement in the gold loan process and implement measures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree . Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the gold loan industry, preferably with NBFCs or Banks. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to gold loans. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to Travel: Ability to travel within the region as required.
Roles and Responsibilities Conduct process audits to identify gaps and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop MIS reports using Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Prepare audit compliance reports, including KYC verification, internal control assessment, and risk management analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions from audit findings. Ensure timely completion of all audit assignments within given deadlines.
