Position: Associate Director/Director - Sales Location: Delhi Role type: Full-time Website: https://axestrack.com/ This profile is responsible for the sales and business development of our industry leading connected fleet analytics solutions to Logistics partners & corporates. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys challenges and is committed to building a career in sales and has an entrepreneurial mind set. Job Responsibilities: · Business Generation: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business, such as market expansion, product innovation, and strategic acquisitions, to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions tailored to the requirements of prospective clients and industries. · Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of business development initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and tactics for optimal impact and outcomes. · Account Management: Relationship management with existing customers and farming through upselling and cross selling the offerings of Axestrack. Handling of customers grievances and ensuring customer delight. Experience: • Should have 7 -12 years of sales experience in Indian B2B space. Exposure to the logistics segment preferred. • Demonstrated ability to deal with large enterprise sales. • 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales (B2B) selling digital solutions. • Corporate sales experience preferably in IoT technology sales, IT Software sales, Software products and projects sales, consulting pursuits. • Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate leads and close sales. • Should have a smart personality with excellent communication skills and should be ambitious and proactive in nature. • Should be able to recruit and manage new teams locally • Should have a stable career track record in sales. Qualifications: • Proven experience in software product and saas product selling. • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. • Demonstrated track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a focus on technology-driven solutions, preferably within the Data Engineering / Analytics / AI/ML Platforms. • Profound understanding of technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence and cultivate relationships across all organizational levels. • Strategic thinker with the capability to formulate and execute business plans, prioritize initiatives, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. • Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a passion for innovation and a proven ability to instigate change and propel organizational growth.
