Role Overview:We are looking for a technology leader (CTO / Head of Engineering) who will drive the architecture, development, and operations of our digital logistics platform. You will be responsible for leading and scaling a 35-members team, managing the full lifecycle of product development, and solving large-scale engineering challenges, especially around big data and geospatial intelligence.Key Responsibilities:· Lead the technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from architecture and development to deployment and performance optimization.· Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team of 35+ professionals.· Solve complex problems in big data, geospatial data processing, and real-time systems.· Collaborate with Product, Business, and Customer teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.· Drive innovation, engineering best practices, and a product-first mindset.· Ensure high availability, performance, and security of our platforms.· Manage technology operations and budgets while planning for scale and growth.Mandatory Requirements:· B.Tech from a Tier 1 Institution (IIT / NIT / BITS).· 10-20 years of proven experience of leading tech teams of 30+ people, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.· Strong grasp of product thinking and the ability to align tech strategy with customer needs.· Hands-on experience with Big Data engineering, complex problem solving, cloud-native infrastructure, and high-scale systems.· Prior experience in end-to-end ownership of tech products – from MVP to scale.· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.· Willingness to relocate to Jaipur.
