Chief Technology Officer/ Head of Engineering

As the technology leader (CTO / Head of Engineering) at Axestrack, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and operations of the digital logistics platform. Leading and scaling a team of 35 members, you will manage the full product development lifecycle and tackle large-scale engineering challenges, particularly in big data and geospatial intelligence. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Developing the technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. - Taking ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, and performance optimization. - Leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing engineering team of over 35 professionals. - Solving intricate problems related to big data, geospatial data processing, and real-time systems. - Collaborating with Product, Business, and Customer teams to deliver scalable solutions. - Fostering innovation, implementing engineering best practices, and prioritizing the product. - Ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the platforms. - Managing technology operations, budgets, and planning for scalability and growth. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech from a Tier 1 Institution (IIT / NIT / BITS). - 10-20 years of experience leading tech teams of 30+ members, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. - Proficiency in product thinking and aligning tech strategy with customer requirements. - Hands-on experience in Big Data engineering, complex problem-solving, cloud-native infrastructure, and high-scale systems. - Previous involvement in end-to-end ownership of tech products from MVP to scale. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Openness to relocating to Jaipur.,
