Position Overview:
The HR & Admin Manager will lead and manage end to life cycle of HR Operations for the Mumbai Andheri East office of Sigma Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. (SOSPL), with a strong focus on campus collaboration, youth mobilization, and skill development under the MindMints Foundation (MMF) and the Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Apprenticeship Promotion Yojana also called as Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana (CMYKPY).
This role is designed for a proactive and people-oriented professional passionate about creating employment pathways for young graduates- especially women—and driving impactful skill programs through structured apprenticeship frameworks (CMYKP → NATS → full-time employment).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop partnerships with colleges and institutions across Andheri East and nearby areas to mobilize and onboard young graduates (preferably women) for apprenticeship and employment opportunities.
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding in line with Sigma’s manpower planning.
Maintain proactive pipelines to meet operational and project-based hiring needs.
2. Training & Development
Collaborate with MindMints Foundation (MMF) to design and implement structured training and orientation modules for apprentices and new hires.
Track and evaluate progress during the training phase and ensure compliance with CMYKP and NATS program standards.
Coordinate certification, attendance, and documentation processes to ensure eligibility for incentive disbursements.
3. Government & Institutional Liaison
Build and maintain relationships with State Apprenticeship Departments, college placement cells, and MMF representatives to facilitate enrolment under CMKYKY and subsequent NATS transitions.
Monitor and ensure timely submission of reports, attendance logs, and claim documentation for government incentive programs.
Support compliance, DBT tracking, and incentive reimbursements under the CMKYKY framework.
4. HR & Administrative Operations
Oversee full Employee Life Cycle under HR Operations including payroll and client coordination, and statutory compliances for the Mumbai Centre.
Supervise office administration, vendor coordination, and upkeep of workplace facilities.
Ensure smooth HR–Admin collaboration along with process teams for seamless execution of operations, policies, processes, and audits.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate or MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience: Min. 3–10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, training, or skilling sectors.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates residing near Andheri East, with prior experience in campus engagement or youth development initiatives. Preference for women’s in leadership roles.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills for college and partner engagement.
Strong networking and liaison abilities with government bodies and institutions.
Understanding of apprenticeship and training schemes (CMKYKY / NATS / NAPS).
High organizational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS/digital onboarding tools.
Reporting To:
Direct reporting to Chief Regional Officer (Mumbai) and indirect reporting to overseas located Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Office Location:
SOSPL-1001 to 1006, 10th floor, Ashok Premises Cooperative Society, Near Old Road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400069, Maharashtra.
Work from Office - Full Time
Shift Time: 09:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation:
Fixed Salary Budget: ₹60,000 per month (tax deductions as applicable)
Variable Performance Incentive: ₹0–15,000 per month, payable quarterly (up to ₹45,000 per quarter)
