Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Admin Manager to manage overall HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative activities for our Builder & Construction company. The candidate will handle manpower hiring, vendor coordination, compliance, and day-to-day office administration while maintaining a professional and disciplined work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & HR Operations Handle end-to-end employee hiring for office and site staff Conduct interviews, onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation Maintain employee records, files, and databases Monitor employee entry/exit, discipline, and attendance Develop and implement HR policies, guidelines, and procedures Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy work culture 2. Attendance, Salary & Compliance Verify daily/monthly attendance for office & site staff Prepare and submit salary sheets to Accounts Department Coordinate for PF, ESIC, and statutory HR documentation Maintain leave records and manpower tracking 3. Vendor Hiring & Coordination Hire and manage Security, Housekeeping, and other service vendors Handle vendor follow-ups, coordination, and performance monitoring Prepare and verify vendor vouchers for payment processing Ensure smooth communication between vendors and office/site teams 4. Office & Site Administration Manage office stationery ordering and stock maintenance Handle housekeeping material ordering for office and sites Maintain overall office environment, cleanliness, discipline, and workspace management Manage logistics, courier, admin purchase, and support activities 5. Reporting & Coordination Provide daily updates and reports to MD Sir Coordinate with departments, sites, vendors, and senior management Assist management in all HR/Admin planning and execution   Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR processes, hiring, and admin operations Experience in Builder/Construction industry preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation Ability to multitask, coordinate, and maintain discipline Leadership qualities with a proactive approach   Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA HR preferred) 5–10 years of HR & Admin experience (Construction industry desirable)   Note: Only candidates with experience in the Construction / Builder industry will be considered.
