*Our requirement is less than 3 – 5 years of experience in IT Administration or System administrator skillset* Provide first-line support for Windows desktop, CCTV systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and network, CCTV peripherals within the organization's network. Assist with employees by setting up their workstations and ensuring they have access to necessary applications and systems. Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of all desktop equipment and related assets. Educate and support staff on the effective use of technology, including software applications and best practices for security and efficiency. (This include ERP software and co-ordination with Vender for software development) Document support activities and solutions in a ticketing system to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in desktop support processes and user experience. Familiarity with common software applications and tools relevant to the luxury goods industry, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
