About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

HR & Admin Manager

to lead our Human Resources and Administrative operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general administrative functions.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining a positive work environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage payroll processing and leave management system.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and encourage teamwork.

Administrative Management

  • Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Monitor vendor contracts, service providers, and office supplies.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments.
  • Manage company assets, attendance systems, and security operations.
  • Plan and manage official meetings, events, and company functions.
  • Coordinate with management for policy implementation and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data.

Required Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, or ERP systems.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
  • MBA in HR or related specialization will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • 3–10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Experience in handling medium to large teams preferred.
  • Exposure to recruitment, payroll, and compliance management.
