About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated

Junior Assistant

to provide administrative and clerical support across various departments.The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.This position is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, disciplined, and eager to grow in an administrative career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Assist senior staff in administrative and operational duties.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and update files as required.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Assist in preparing bills, forms, and other official paperwork.
  • Perform any other clerical or support duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email handling.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in work.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and punctuality.
  • Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduation (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc or equivalent).
  • Computer knowledge / diploma in office management will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in administrative, clerical, or office assistant roles will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
