Key Responsibilities

Production Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure that production operations comply with quality standards and safety guidelines.
Analyze production data and suggest process improvements for higher efficiency.
Coordinate with the quality and design teams for product and process validation.
Monitor material usage and support in inventory control.
Maintain daily production reports and ensure documentation accuracy.

Maintenance Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery.
Identify faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation issues.
Maintain a record of equipment maintenance schedules and service reports.
Ensure minimum machine downtime by effective maintenance planning.
Implement and monitor 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or other best practices.
Coordinate with vendors or service engineers for repairs or spare parts management.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering systems.
Knowledge of PLC, automation, and production line machinery is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing / Kaizen / TPM concepts.
Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Computer proficiency in MS Office and basic maintenance software.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or maintenance departments.
Exposure to preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and production planning.
Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance documentation.
