Roles & Responsibilities : Define material group-wise QC parameters for all product categories. Perform daily routine cleaning, oiling, and greasing to keep machines in optimal working condition. Handle breakdown and repair maintenance. Develop, schedule, and implement preventive maintenance plans. Conduct machine-wise VED (Vital, Essential, Desirable) spare parts analysis and maintain inventory accordingly. Maintain machine history cards and AMC contracts/service records. Prepare and maintain maintenance-related MIS reports. Ensure 100% inspection of all incoming materials and customer-returned products as per QC checklist.
