HR Executive

Job Brief:  The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires a people-oriented professional who can handle HR operations effectively while maintaining confidentiality and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process Maintain attendance, leave records, and corrections Handle payroll calculations and monthly salary inputs Maintain employee files, HR records, and service documents Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements Address employee queries and concerns professionally Verify sales team expenses and advances Plan and execute employee engagement activities Support management in HR-related tasks and improvements Coordinate with management for HR policy implementation Address employee queries and concerns professionally Participate in PMS (Participate in PMS (Performance Management System)  Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources  Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance Strong experience in payroll calculation, attendance, and expense verification Exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, or multi-location operations preferred
