We are looking to hire a HR & Admin Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting information.

Ø Talent Acquisition & Benefits: - To Create job descriptions to attract new employees and staff members who share company goals and ideals and ensure all compliance by making compliance tracker and follow it. To negotiate with rising talent in a competitive industry and to Coordinate sharing of talents between departments and do Recruitment at Suagr Plant Niphad Nashik locations. Attract talented and competent employees/professionals towards the Grainotch.
Ø To negotiate and decide the compensation & benefit as per market standard and review the existing employee’s salary & make a standard salary bracket as per comparative industries standard. To act as liaison between new hires and administration, ensure that all responsibilities to be clear. Employee exit & separation formalities and final payment disbursement to be ensure. To check and construct policies for smooth running of plant level activities. Ensure the payments and disbursements on time.
Ø Policy construction and Administration Control: - To ensure all the stake holders payment to be released before the time with zero tolerance of non-compliances and administrative Assistant to Directors and CMD to Perform evaluations as needed.To review personnel records and documentation and Negotiate with Insurance companies for affordable insurance rates for employees. To ensure the effective policy construction to be done in all required area of the company and review paperwork to maintain current records and compliance requirements.
Ø Responsible for all type of policies construction for employee welfare and regulations and administrative activities at corporate office and Update employee addresses, contact information, absences or terminations, and regular earnings, put together benefit packages and perks to retain employees.
Ø Organizational development activities: - (OD Interventions): - To ensure the annual training plan to be constructed with selection of external subject matter experts and highly technical persons and run the program for identifying Skill gap analysis, Training need identifications, Skill matrix, Training calendar for the all locations.
Ø To ensure the availability of suitable platform to implement the corporate policy align with management by objectives (MBO) and ensure the employees individual goals should be aligning with that of organizational goals and ensure all Key results area & Key productivity indicators to be finalized and same to be communicated to the employees and ensure the required and needed trainings & technical support to be provided within time. Managerial Grid should be analysed and planning to be made accordingly. More emphasis to be put for achieving the win-win situation of “Concern for the people & concern for the production” and ensure the Quality circles, T-Groups, Sensitivity trainings, Team building etc. interventions to be planned and implemented alignment with that of the organizational goals.
Ø Learning and Development Program: - Facilitate associate orientation and various leadership training programs. Partner with local leadership to assess and identify high potential talent and provide partnered support and guidance for further development and education on how to fully leverage existing resources or methods. Advise, coach, and mediate on HR-related matters with employees and managers. Interpret, administer and ensure compliance with all state laws, company policies and procedures. Remain current and adhere to practices that will ensure an engaged workforce and compliant practices.
Ø To coordinate with the business leaders to ensure alignment and focus on goals related to employee engagement and other critical components that effect employee recruitment and retention. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Ø Work with functional group leadership in area(s) of responsibility to identify high potentials and support design and execution of development plans for these individuals. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counselling managers and employees
Ø Develops and manages programs to develop bench strength within the company through regional workshops, training modules, etc. Operational Risk Management and effective measures to control. And ensure that the ORM team supports the business in compiling action plans for control gaps and ensuring remediation takes place. Identify the key controls in HR processes and performs checks to validate effectiveness of the controls.
Ø Assist business managers in developing Root cause of analysis (RCA) of any issues identified and monitor the progress on the action plans. Roll out regular training /awareness programs - in relation to the Risk & Control Self-assessment framework, Risk event database, Business Impact analysis, business continuity planning and call trees.
Ø Responsible for end to end pre and post migration risk reviews, discuss/escalate issues, develop Risk & Control matrix within 3 months of go-live, supporting the ATC process. Partner with HR functions and other control functions in relation to all internal & external audits, ensure excellent internal audit ratings. provide coaching and support to employees on performance improvement plans, conflict resolution and career development. To drive the Performance Management Consulting and Administration.
Ø To plan with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence to develop and deploy compensation, benefits and recognition programs that will drive a performance culture. To Manage the performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the Corporate organization. Associate and Management Development. Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
