HR & Admin Manager

Role Overview: Progience Technologies Pvt Ltd, established in 2013, is a technology services and product development company with a focus on Digital Technology Transformation, Cloud, Application & Testing services. As part of the Human Resources (People & Culture) team, you will act as a Trusted Advisor to Leadership, lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, drive Onboarding and Employee Engagement, and ensure compliance with HR Policies and Best Practices. Additionally, in the Administration & Operations domain, you will oversee Office Operations, Vendor Management, and Policy implementation to maintain a productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Trusted Advisor to Leadership on people-related matters. - Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for both tech and non-tech roles. - Drive Onboarding, Performance Management, and Career Development initiatives. - Design and implement Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies. - Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices. - Oversee Office Operations, Facilities, and Vendor Management. - Manage Company Policies, Contracts, and Documentation. - Ensure smooth execution of Travel, Logistics, and Procurement. - Build and maintain a Productive, Safe, and Positive Workplace Culture. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in IT/Tech. - Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance. - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. - Ability to set up Scalable Processes in a growing company. - Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Hands-On Problem Solver. - Preference for Ex-Servicemen with proven leadership & discipline.
