Human Resources : Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems. Provide guidance and counselling on HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment processdrafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Create and implement effective onboarding and off boarding and induction plans . Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs . Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in coordination with management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, KYC, leave, etc.) as per policy and statutory requirements. Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure legal compliance . Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, professional tax, etc.). Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies. Support travel arrangements, Flight & Train tickets Booking, Hotel booking, VISA & facility management, and other office maintenance. Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping. Assist management with any other operational or administrative tasks as required. Assist Directors of the companies Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). 2-5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles . Good knowledge of HR functions , labour laws, and statutory compliance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong experience in fundraising, banking relations, and investor management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising funds from banks, private investors, and financial institutions , managing the companys trade finance requirements , and ensuring compliance with all accounting and statutory obligations , Import and export. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach banks, NBFCs, and private investors for fundraising to support company trade and business expansion. Prepare and present financial models, business plans, and investment proposals to potential lenders and investors. Manage end-to-end trade finance/ Import and export activities including LC discounting, credit line renewals, and fund disbursement follow-ups. Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and trade partners. Oversee company accounting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audits. Handle financial documentation, projections, and MIS reports for management review. Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for seamless financial operations. Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to ensure optimal funding costs. Monitor fund utilization & ensure timely reporting of financial performance to management & investors. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in fundraising, trade finance, and investor relations . Strong knowledge of accounting, Tally ERP, taxation, and financial reporting . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial projects simultaneously. Relationship-driven approach with high integrity and professionalism. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Trading, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Financial Services industries will be preferred. Exposure to international trade finance or import/export funding is an added advantage. Education: Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (MBA M.Com CA CFA preferred)
