Human Resources : Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems. Provide guidance and counselling on HR policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment processdrafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Create and implement effective onboarding and off boarding and induction plans . Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs . Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in coordination with management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, KYC, leave, etc.) as per policy and statutory requirements. Review employment terms and working conditions to ensure legal compliance . Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, professional tax, etc.). Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies. Support travel arrangements, Flight & Train tickets Booking, Hotel booking, VISA & facility management, and other office maintenance. Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping. Assist management with any other operational or administrative tasks as required. Assist Directors of the companies Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). 2-5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles . Good knowledge of HR functions , labour laws, and statutory compliance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
