Manager / Senior Manager - Fundraising & Finance

Job Summary:

fundraising, banking relations, and investor management

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach banks, NBFCs, and private investors for fundraising to support company trade and business expansion.
• Prepare and present financial models, business plans, and investment proposals to potential lenders and investors.
• Manage end-to-end trade finance/ Import and export activities including LC discounting, credit line renewals, and fund disbursement follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and trade partners.
• Oversee company accounting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audits.
• Handle financial documentation, projections, and MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for seamless financial operations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to ensure optimal funding costs.
• Monitor fund utilization & ensure timely reporting of financial performance to management & investors.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  fundraising, trade finance, and investor relations

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  accounting, Tally ERP, taxation, and financial reporting

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation

  skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple financial projects simultaneously.
• Relationship-driven approach with high integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with prior experience in

  Trading, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Financial Services

  industries will be preferred.
• Exposure to

  international trade finance

  or

  import/export funding

  is an added advantage.
