Job Description

As an HR Manager, your role involves coordinating with management to align HR activities and monitor the HR department's budget within the company's allocated resources. You will be responsible for developing fair HR policies and ensuring that employees understand and comply with them, considering the unique challenges of the organization. Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to identify top talent for engineering, procurement, and construction roles is a key task. Your responsibilities also include: - Addressing employee grievances and mediating disputes - Establishing feedback channels to ensure a harmonious and responsive workplace - Reviewing current HR technology and recommending more effective ways to integrate HR systems for project management and reporting purposes Moreover, you will: - Measure employee retention and turnover rates - Oversee daily HR department operations - Coordinate training and development programs specific to EPC project requirements to enhance employee skills You will be tasked with: - Following up on confirmation records statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus, etc. - Overseeing the master database of each employee at regular intervals - Checking travel and tour expenses, contractor bills, and recording them in relevant software Furthermore, you will: - Review and draft job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals - Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member - Engage with employees regularly to understand motivation levels Collaborating with senior management and project leaders to drive a positive company culture and employee engagement within project teams, reviewing staff insurance records, ensuring timely renewal, facilitating effective communication, ensuring equal opportunities, and promoting cultural awareness in the workplace are also part of your responsibilities.
