We are looking for a highly experienced HR & Admin Manager with a proven track record of managing end-to-end HR functions and administration. The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of experience with strong expertise in payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire HR and Administration function of the organization. Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labor Laws, etc.). Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement programs. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation. Handle administrative functions including facilities, vendor management, and office operations. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for HR and compliance matters. Support management with HR analytics, MIS, and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Administration. Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/Payroll software. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
