Role Description Business Development Manager, based at Mumbai. What your day will be like You will start your day by studying the latest market trends and translating these into opportunities for growing volume in existing markets as well as expending into new markets. You will collaborate across locations with your counterparts to capture the needs of customers in different geographies and verticals. You will update market statistics which you will use to drive the focus of sales to improve their customer pipeline. How you will add value 1. Capturing and interpreting market statistics to create growth opportunities. 2. Collaborate with product + trade teams to link supply with market demand. 3. Mapping out customer needs to drive improvements in RCL’s solutions. 4. Maintaining internal market statistics databases and validating new sources of data. 5. Lead market studies and provide recommendations on expansion. 6. Perform competition analysis and maintain overview on competition services and offerings. 7. Collaborate with trade teams on setting service BSA and tracking performance against same. 8. Maintain sales performance data and tracking on pipeline conversion to win ratio. 9. Collaborate with sales to create internal education material for different customers & verticals. Job Summary Job Scope: In charge all functions of HR In charge Admin’s related duties Job Responsibility: Human Resources Enhance HR policies and streamline processes to ensure operational efficiency. Effectively implementing all Human Resources processes by HQ Human Resources and communicating with employees Ensuring that the data on the relevant system are kept in an accurate, timely and complete manner and to follow-up necessary updates Taking an active role in the annual salary increase period in communication with HQ HR, Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and offboarding. Manage payroll processes, statutory submissions, and HR reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support work permit, visa, and immigration-related matters. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people and organizational matters. Complete all other tasks as assigned by line manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience 12+ years in HR management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits) employment laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Good command of MS Office applications
