Prepare duty rosters and deploy security guards according to shift requirements. Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicles, and material movement. Conduct surprise checks and night rounds to ensure vigilance. Coordinate with local authorities during security incidents or emergencies. Enforce company policies related to entry passes, ID cards, and access control. Train and motivate security staff to handle emergencies, fire drills, and evacuation procedures. Qualification & Experience: Qualification: Graduate / Ex-Serviceman (Army / JCO / Para-Military background preferred). Experience: Minimum 3–7 years of experience in industrial or plant security management. Skills Required: Strong leadership, discipline, and supervision abilities. Knowledge of CCTV surveillance and gate pass systems. Ability to handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency. Excellent communication and incident reporting skills. Familiarity with fire safety and emergency response procedures.
