Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for an HR & Admin Manager. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also include Training, developement and implementation of policies, managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with laws, and providing strategic support to enhance organizational efficiency. The HR & Admin Manager will further collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Skills in Policy & Process Development and HR Operations
• Administrative and Organizational Management skills
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of financial services sector operations is a plus
