Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for an Executive Assistant at Endurance Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, offering executive support, and general administrative assistance. Day-to-day tasks include calendar management, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
• Experience in preparing and managing Business Reports
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant software tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
