The HR & Admin Manager will handle all human resources and administrative activities at the manufacturing plant. This includes hiring, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and facility management. The role ensures smooth plant operations, a positive work environment, and compliance with labor laws.
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience managing both HR strategy and daily operations.
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
Leadership and team management.
Strong communication and people skills.
Problem-solving and fair decision-making.
Negotiation and conflict resolution.
High integrity and confidentiality.
Good time management and multitasking ability.
