Position Overview
The HR & Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in the strategic management and execution of human resources functions within the organization. This position involves leadership responsibilities in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support the overall business objectives. The HR & Admin Executive collaborates with leadership to drive a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the effective management of the workforce.
Responsibility
1.
Strategic HR Planning
Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Contribute to the development and execution of HR plans and policies.
2.
Talent Acquisition and Management
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Implement effective strategies for talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
3.
Employee Relations
Handle complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions.
Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
4.
Performance Management
Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and improvement plans.
5.
Training & Development
Identify training needs, design programs, and oversee the implementation of training initiatives.
Foster a learning culture to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
6.
Compensation and Benefits
Manage the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market.
7.
Compliance
Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
8.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Establish and monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
9.
HR Technology
Stay informed about HR technology trends and leverage technology to streamline HR processes.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems.
10.
Administrative Support
Manage the director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of the director.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
11.
Sales Coordination
Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including lead generation, customer communication
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate with clients to schedule sales meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases and update sales records.
12.
Communication and Liaison
Act as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Draft and proofread written communication on behalf of the director.
13.
Travel Arrangements
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the director.
Ensure all travel logistics are organized efficiently.
14.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities.
15.
Data Management
Maintain and update sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data.
Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports for decision-making.
16.
Confidentiality and Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
Experience in organizational development and change management
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies
