Makesense Advertising is a growing creative agency in Thrissur, specialising in branding, digital marketing, packaging, campaign strategy, social media, production and design solutions.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a capable HR & Admin Executive to support continuous growth, people management and smooth office operations.

Job Description

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting both Human Resource and administrative activities of the agency. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and capable of coordinating efficiently across teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & onboarding
  • Maintain employee documentation, personal files and HR records
  • Monitor & update attendance, leaves and timesheets daily
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and assist the finance team
  • Issue letters including appointment, confirmation, appraisal, warnings & memos
  • Maintain HR policy compliance across the organisation
  • Support probation extension, performance review and appraisal process
  • Respond to employee queries & concerns professionally
  • Plan internal activities, celebrations & engagement programs
  • Assist with disciplinary actions when required

Administration

  • Ensure day-to-day functioning of office and work environment
  • Manage housekeeping team and facility cleanliness
  • Coordinate vendors, purchases, stationery, and consumables
  • Maintain asset register & inventory tracking
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings & logistics as needed
  • Oversee basic office maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain access control, visitor records & front-desk coordination

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational & planning ability
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Adaptable and efficient under deadlines
  • Good follow-up and coordination capability
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Docs / Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role preferred
  • Freshers with strong attitude & learning mindset may be considered

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Full-time, On-site – Thrissur office

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and skill level
