Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine. 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills can also apply). Knowledge of basic modern medicine treatments and general practice protocols. Strong communication, diagnostic, and patient-handling skills. Willingness to conduct home visits within Pune city limits. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model. Basic computer skills for EMR (Electronic Medical Records) updates.
