Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales manager to join our dedicated sales team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling our residential properties, contributing to the growth and success of the Ratna Group. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of at least 3 years in residential sales, as well as a passion for real estate and a customer-focused approach.

Role and Responsibilities:

> Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
> Schedule presentations and property viewings to demonstrate the features and benefits of our residential properties.> Guide potential buyers through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns.> Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.> Maintain a thorough understanding of real estate market trends and stay updated on property values.> Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.> Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

> A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential sales in the real estate industry.
> Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.> Strong negotiation and closing ability.> Self-motivated, proactive and goal-driven attitude.> Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
