Sales Manager Automobile Sector

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Leads and motivates the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Sales Strategy: Plans and implements effective sales strategies to increase showroom performance.

3. Customer Relationship: Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Communication: Acts as a link between customers and the company, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

5. Target Achievement: Monitors sales performance and ensures targets are consistently met.

6. Market Analysis: Studies market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

7. Promotions & Campaigns: Organizes promotional events and exchange or finance campaigns to boost sales.

8. Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

9. Training & Development: Guides and trains the sales team to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills.
