Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Krishna Kia
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the automobile service industry
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire service department, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve service targets.
Ensure high-quality vehicle servicing and timely delivery.
Monitor and improve service processes, efficiency, and profitability.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain strong coordination with the workshop, spare parts, and sales teams.
Ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
Prepare reports on service performance and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of modern automobile diagnostics and repair procedures.
Ability to manage service operations and achieve business goals.
