Job Summary Looking for an experienced Service Manager with strong expertise in UPS installation and commissioning across all KVA ranges. The candidate must be capable of handling manpower, ensuring smooth service operations, and managing customer coordination across PAN India. Key Responsibilities Supervise loading/unloading, installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS systems (low to high KVA). Troubleshoot technical issues and guide onsite teams. Ensure adherence to safety and service quality standards. Manage manpower deployment and monitor team performance. Handle customer communication, complaints, and project documentation. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in UPS installation and service. Strong knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and electrical panels. Proven team handling and manpower management skills. Willingness to travel PAN India. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred. Attributes Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
