Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the entire service department, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor and coordinate technician activities, ensuring timely diagnosis, repair, and delivery of electric scooters.
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and service-related escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain service records, job cards, warranty claims, and periodic reports as per company standards.
  • Ensure availability of necessary spare parts, coordinate with parts department and vendors for timely procurement.
  • Implement service process improvements, conduct training for technicians, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Achieve monthly service targets, plan promotional service camps, and support overall business growth of the showroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,396.53 - ₹43,189.93 per month
