Education : UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization PG: M.Tech in Any Specialization Doctorate: Ph.D/Doctorate in Metallurgy, MPHIL in Metallurgy Metallurgy Education Preferred Doctorate: Ph.D/Doctorate in Metallurgy, MPHIL in Metallurgy Metallurgy Education Preferred Role & responsibilities Manage sales activities for carbon metallurgical products such as Met Coke, CPC, Anthracite which are used in steel, ferro alloys, EAF, furnaces, melting plants, electric arc furnaces, and steel melting shops. Manage the entire sales cycle including cold calling, customer visits, trials, coordination, and account management. Job involves 50% travel to various parts of India to visit potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer interactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Preferred candidate profile : 2-7 years of experience in metals & mining industry or related field (metallurgy). Experience in steel plant, foundry, ferro alloy plant is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university. Master's degree in any specialization (M.Tech) preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of steel making processes including EAF, SMS, and foundry operations Excellent in communication skills
