Role & responsibilities

1 Cold calling and lead generation : We are in B2B sales. Total addressable market is small and comprises of large accounts. Inside sales role requires professional and systematic communication to navigate to the concerned decision maker in organisations and skilfully communicate to develop business.

2 Lead management : Manage entire life cycle of customer from initial cold call, to identification of concerned, communication, coordination for product trials, vendor registration, trial order and regular supply. Keep track of all leads at every stage for meaningful progress.

3 Customer account management

4 Participation in tenders

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent communication skills. English written & spoken fluency mandatory.

2. Quantitative skills for commercial and technical analysis

3. Individual with high ethical standards

4. Diligent and hard worker
