Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience Required: 3-5 Years Industry: Electrical Infrastructure/ Projects Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end human resources operations and administrative functions in our Corporate office at Pune. The role requires strong knowledge of employee and labour related government compliances, statutory requirements, and effective coordination with site/project teams. Key Responsibilities - Human Resources: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction of office staff and site-level employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data. Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, bonus, and other statutory obligations. Manage employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. Conduct periodic HR audits and ensure all statutory registers and returns are maintained accurately. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Administration: Manage office and site level administrative requirements including vendor coordination, travel and logistics. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and SOPs at site and office. Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external consultants for compliance and inspections. Support project sites in labor license, and contract labour management. Oversee security, safety, and general administration of the office and project locations. Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Compliance & Statutory Adherence 100% timely filing of PF, ESIC, PT LWF and other statutory returns. Zero penalties or non-compliance observations during inspections. Recruitment & Onboarding Average hiring TAT (turnaround time) maintained as per company standard Smooth onboarding with complete documentation for all new hires. Employee Data & Payroll Accuracy Error-free payroll processing and attendance management. Timely submission of employee records, reports, and registers. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling Reduction in employee grievances and attrition rate. Conduct at least one engagement/ welfare activity per quarter Administration & Support Effective vendor management with cost control in travel, logistics, and administration Timely renewal of contracts, labour licenses, and statutory approvals. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate at least two training programs annually. Maintain records of employee skill development and compliance trainees (e.g., safety). Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 3-5 years of HR & Admin experience in infrastructure, construction, or electrical contracting companies. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances, and government regulations Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively with project/site team Employment Type Full-time
