Role & responsibilities Ensure 100% statutory compliance under PF, ESI, WC, CLRA, and other applicable labor laws across multiple states. Handle end-to-end payroll management attendance collation, leave tracking, salary computation, and disbursement. Manage workforce documentation, onboarding, and compliance at construction sites and Head Office. Maintain and update attendance and leave management systems across all project sites. Coordinate audits, inspections, and timely submission of statutory returns and records. Oversee essential administrative functions including office upkeep, logistics, vendor coordination, and asset control to support site and HO operations. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations or equivalent 2 to 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in the Construction/Infrastructure sector Strong knowledge of statutory & labor compliance across states Hands-on experience in payroll processing and attendance management systems Ability to manage field-level HR operations independently Willingness to travel to project sites as required Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Looking for long-term association and career growth
