Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment and managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities · Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions. · Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction process for new employees. · Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. · Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication. · Coordinate performance reviews and support the HR team in policy implementation. · Manage internship and campus hiring coordination where required. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities · Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. · Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure and handle petty cash expenses. · Maintain employee attendance records and support payroll processing inputs. · Coordinate travel bookings, event setups, and other administrative tasks. · Ensure compliance with basic office policies and assist in audit-related documentation when required. Statutory Compliance · Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc.). · Prepare, file, and maintain statutory returns and registers. · Liaise with government authorities, inspectors, and auditors. · Stay updated on amendments in employment laws. Payroll Management · Compile monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing. · Coordinate with finance/accounts for accurate payroll disbursement. · Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). · Address employee payroll-related queries. · Generate payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll records. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. · 1 –3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, statutory, and payroll. · Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances. · Knowledge IN HRMS/attendance software and MS Office tools would be an advantage. · Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. · Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Job Overview The Sales Manager oversees a team that sells domestic and international holiday packages and handles air, hotel, and transport ticketing. The role includes setting sales strategies, providing team training, maintaining partnerships with suppliers, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. ​ · Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of travel sales executives handling holiday packages and ticket bookings. ​ · Supervise daily team activities, delegate inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on leads. ​ · Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), travel vendors, airlines, and hotels for competitive package pricing and itinerary creation. ​ · Handle escalated client requirements and ensure effective issue resolution for premium customers. ​ · Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. ​ · Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. ​ · Maintain profitable relationships with suppliers, and negotiate special rates for group or bespoke travel. ​ · Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and travel demand patterns for strategic planning · Contribute in knowledge base and sales/marketing material (Print /Digital) development · Design most effective commission structures for holiday package sales teams via use of a blend of fixed, tiered and incentive-based models to maximize motivation, reward performance, and align with business goals. Role Also includes Assisting and Monitoring each Sales Executive in below listed Activities: · Respond to tour package inquiries via phone, email, chat and Online Platform · Assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours · Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities based on client preferences and budget · Coordinate with clients for booking, payment, flight/visa/insurance as required. · Research and gather information on travel options, such as visa requirements, travel restrictions, and health and safety guidelines · Create detailed travel itineraries customized to client specifications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience · Handle all aspects of booking and reservation processes, including ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance Qualifications and Skills · Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Travel/Tourism background preferred) · Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in travel sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. ​ · Proven record of achieving or exceeding travel package and ticket sales targets. ​ · Familiarity with international and domestic travel destinations and package pricing structures. · Strong leadership and motivational abilities to guide a sales team effectively. · Excellent negotiation skills for handling travel vendors and high-value clients. · Proficient in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, travel booking software and reservation systems · Good typing speed and knowledge in Microsoft Office Products - Outlook/Word/Excel · Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati and any additional Indian language is a plus Job Types: Full-time, in person and Flexible hours may be required based on client schedules and peak travel seasons.
