Qualification- MBA/ PGDM or any Master Degree

Experience- 4-6 years

Position-1 nos

Gender- Female

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and administrative roles
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes
  • Employee Relations
  • Address grievances and resolve conflicts among employees
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff
  • Compliance & Legal
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
  • Handle audits and inspections from labor department.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance records

  • Office Management
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations
  • Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Acting as a liaison between departments (e.g., production, HR, finance)
  • Handling internal and external communications (emails, calls, letters)
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping
  • Maintaining employee records, production logs, and compliance documents
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Managing digital and physical filing systems
