Head – Strategic Initiatives & PMO

Job Summary

Coordinates cross-functional execution and unblocks teams when work stalls. Owns the OKR system, runs the executive review cadence, and drives closure on dependencies and decisions across KhetPe, BhoomiSure, and SwanSat.

Roles & Responsibilities

➔ Coordinate priority initiatives end-to-end; align goals, owners, timelines, and handoffs across functions.

➔ Run the review rhythm (weekly ops, monthly business, quarterly strategy); capture decisions, actions, and deadlines.

➔ Act as the escalation path when teams are stuck; resolve dependencies, drive trade-offs, and secure timely decisions.

➔ Maintain and manage issue logs across the organization (eg: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); track to closure with clear owners and ETAs.

➔ Operate OKRs: facilitate drafting, alignment, sign-offs, mid-cycle checks, and end-cycle scoring.

➔ Publish executive dashboards (OKRs, KPIs, fi nancials, initiative health) with crisp red/amber/green status.

➔ Stand up lightweight PMO governance: templates, stage gates, and SOPs that speed—not slow—delivery.

➔ Lead special projects and pilots from concept to measurable outcomes; hand off to owners post-stabilization.

➔ Enable task and project management tools across the organization(Jira/Asana/Smartsheet/BI); enforce data hygiene for accurate, real-time reporting.

Candidate Profi le & Skill Requirements

Experience:

● 10+ years in Strategy/PMO/Program Management; 4+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.

● Proven record coordinating product, tech, fi nance, sales, and compliance to deliver on time.

● Background running OKRs and executive review cadences in tech-led or multi-vertical orgs.

Core Skills:

● Portfolio/program management, dependency mapping, and risk management.

● Strong analytics and dashboarding; clear executive storytelling.

● Fluent with Project Management and BI tools; comfortable with Agile/Waterfall hybrids.

Leadership Competencies:

● Infl uence without authority; calm escalation and rapid unblock.

● Structured problem-solving; bias for action and accountability.

● Crisp written and verbal communication; excellent meeting facilitation.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred):

● AgTech, InsurTech, and Satellite/Geospatial contexts.

● Working understanding of B2G procurement and enterprise partnership cycles.
