ROLE PURPOSE
To lead and scale Haris&Co’s sales efforts across India and GCC markets, driving new client acquisitions, upselling existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with brands. This role requires developing region-specific sales strategies, managing high-performance sales teams, and collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and strategy departments to achieve revenue growth and market leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for India and GCC markets based on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Set clear monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aligned with agency growth plans.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performance sales teams across regions.
2. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Own revenue generation across all agency service lines (branding, digital marketing, content, advertising, and strategy).
- Track lead-to-client conversion funnels and continuously refine sales pitches and proposals for higher win rates.
- Identify new high-value market segments and service opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Oversee strategic account management, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent Haris&Co as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers in client organizations.
4. CRM, Funnel & Process Optimization
- Implement and maintain CRM discipline (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Monitor pipeline health, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales reporting.
- Work with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales objectives.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
- Share market insights, client objections, and competitive intelligence with leadership.
- Coordinate with regional managers to ensure sales efforts are locally relevant and effective.
6. Partnerships & Outreach
- Develop partnerships with industry bodies, business associations, and channel partners to drive leads.
- Represent Haris&Co at networking events, trade shows, and digital marketing conferences.
- Explore non-traditional channels for client acquisition.
7. Dashboard Preparation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering lead pipeline, conversion rates, revenue vs. targets, team performance, and regional sales splits.
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities.
- Present actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance metrics.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4–8 years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Required CRM Skills / knowledge either Zoho or Leadsquared
- Proven experience in Indian and GCC markets is highly preferred.
- Strong track record in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication in English; proficiency in Malayalam/Arabic is an advantage.
- Data-driven, tech-savvy, and highly adaptable to different market cultures.
SUCCESS METRICS (KPIs)
- Revenue targets achieved (India & GCC).
- Increase in conversion rate from leads to signed contracts.
