Job Summary As our Head of Sales, you'll be the architect of our sales strategy for screen-printed graphics in the dynamic two-wheeler OEM market. We're seeking a passionate individual with a remarkable track record of not just winning big deals, but also building lasting, impactful relationships with clients, all while consistently exceeding ambitious sales goals in the automotive OEM world. If you have experience and strong connections within OEM paint shops, that's a huge bonus! You understand the people and intricate dynamics there, and that insight is incredibly valuable to us. You'll kick off our national sales drive, starting with a strong focus on the Western region. Key Responsibilities Ignite Sales Growth: You'll craft and implement a powerful national sales plan designed to meet high targets and capture a significant share of the market for screen-printed graphics in the two-wheeler OEM sector. Forge New Partnerships: You'll actively seek out, build, and nurture strong, high-level relationships with key decision-makers at major two-wheeler OEMs and their main suppliers throughout India. Your existing connections within OEM paint shop operations and management will be a critical asset , helping us unlock new opportunities and secure those pivotal, large-scale contracts. Lead & Inspire a Winning Team: You'll have the exciting opportunity to recruit, train, and guide a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will empower them to consistently meet and exceed their sales goals. Champion Market Insights: You'll stay ahead of the curve by closely tracking market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in two-wheeler OEM graphics. Your valuable insights will directly shape our sales strategies and product innovation. Drive Performance: You'll set clear sales targets (KPIs), analyze sales data with precision, and provide regular, transparent sales forecasts and reports to our senior leadership. Collaborate for Success: You'll work hand-in-hand with our Managing Director and our dedicated production, R&D, and design teams, ensuring our sales efforts are perfectly aligned with our production capabilities and what our customers truly need. Manage Resources Wisely: You'll expertly manage the sales budget and contribute directly to our profitability goals by optimizing our sales processes and pricing strategies. Qualifications and Experience Education: Required: A diploma in Engineering (Printing or Mechanical is preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in Science. Preferred: A Master's degree in Business or Marketing would be fantastic. Note: We are open to relaxing educational requirements for candidates who demonstrate outstanding and highly relevant work experience – your proven track record speaks volumes! Work Experience: At least 10-15 years of progressive sales and business development experience, with a solid 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the automotive OEM sector , especially with two-wheelers. Direct experience and strong existing relationships within OEM paint shops are highly preferred. This means you're familiar with their processes, their people, and how decisions are made. A clear, demonstrable history of consistently hitting high sales goals and successfully closing large business-to-business deals. A wide and robust network of contacts at major two-wheeler OEMs and their main suppliers across India. Skills & Attributes: Exceptional leadership and the ability to inspire and build a cohesive team. Superb negotiation, presentation, and communication skills that truly connect with people. A keen analytical mind, capable of using data to drive smart sales decisions. The ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient – you thrive on challenges! Comfortable and proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Ready and willing to undertake extensive travel across India. Preferred: Male candidate, aged 30-35 years.
