To get there, we’re looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development — someone who can turn vision into value, inquiries into contracts, and relationships into long-term revenue. You’ll be responsible for driving topline growth, owning the entire sales ecosystem , and helping build one of the most luxurious, creative, and profitable wedding brands in the world. 🎯 Role Overview: As the Head of Sales & BD, you’ll lead the end-to-end sales pipeline for Novella and its sub-brands under WeVoir. From high-net-worth B2C clients to strategic B2B partnerships , you’ll be in charge of revenue, retention, and relationship excellence . You’ll manage everything from inbound lead conversion to outbound expansion , while mentoring the sales team, crafting irresistible pitches, and maintaining the elegance and trust associated with the Novella brand. 🔥 Key Responsibilities: 💰 Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership Own and exceed revenue targets across wedding, planning, and luxury content verticals. Create, execute, and optimize sales strategies and pipelines for both B2B and B2C markets. Build pricing logic, offer tiers, and proposal systems aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning. 🤝 Client Relationship Management Lead high-impact conversations with HNIs, planners, stylists, and influencers . Build trust, close high-ticket deals, and deliver white-glove onboarding experiences for elite clients. Oversee the client journey from inquiry to conversion, ensuring seamless transitions across internal teams. 🔗 Partnerships & B2B Expansion Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with wedding planners, venues, fashion houses, luxury vendors , and destination partners. Represent Novella at luxury forums, wedding expos, trade events , and private showcases. 📊 Team & Performance Management Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team that reflects the values of excellence, empathy, and elegance. Drive KPI ownership, CRM discipline , and performance reviews across the department. Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative heads to ensure brand-aligned growth tactics. 💡 You’re Right for This Role If You... Have 7–12 years in luxury, high-ticket sales, hospitality, creative services, or wedding industry growth roles . Can convert conversations into contracts and relationships into revenue. Are fluent in pitching, negotiating, pricing strategy, and relationship management . Have experience selling to HNIs, UHNIs, corporate clients, or luxury consumer segments . Are both data-driven and emotionally intelligent , with a bias for action and ownership.
